Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our team works diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible, and often times we can ship it out quicker than the maximum days stated, however, this depends on our current workload.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The system automatically calculates your fees and rates, and will also include discounts when purchasing multiple products. Delivery is estimated to take approximately 5-6 business days, but often occurs sooner.
Please note, these are estimates and actual delivery times can vary. To get the most accurate shipping information, please fill your cart and check the shipping in your basket.
Shipment Packaging
To ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, we package our products in sturdy, cardboard boxes with reinforced cardboard i-beams for added protection.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We operate a returns policy for faulty goods only. Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first, see our contact page for more details. Returns are accepted up to 14 days of delivery.
Faulty Goods
If any of the goods delivered are faulty, we will require an item to be returned first and than we will issue a replacement free of charge.
Exchanging Goods
The nature of our business which is printing to order with various of our friendly suppliers around the world prevents us from exchanging goods at current business stage.
Changing or cancelling orders
We do not accept cancelations and exchanges in general, please choose your orders responsibly.
