Technical Questions

Our delivery times typically range from 10 to 12 working days, as each piece is unique and printed only after you've placed the order. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your unique piece of art.

We take the utmost care in packaging our art pieces for secure delivery. Posters are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes, and framed art is packed in reinforced cardboard i-beam boxes. Rest assured, your order will reach you in perfect condition.

The film on the plexiglass is a protective layer added to prevent scratches or damages during shipping. It should be removed before mounting your artwork.

To ensure the safety of both items during transit, we ship the poster and frame separately. The poster will arrive in a cardboard envelope and will need to be mounted into the frame by the recipient.

We create each piece to order, so there's no such thing as 'out of stock' at our store! Once you've placed an order, we'll begin the process of printing and framing your chosen piece.
